Casual Rental rates, July 2025
Non-Member Casual Rental Basement – $40.00 per hour, $200.00 day, maximum 8 hours, kitchen extra at 25.00 per hour. No cooking or meal preparation, use of stove, microwave, dishwasher and cooler included. Refundable damage deposit check equals cost of rental due 7 business days before rental date along with check for rental. Clean up by renters or additional charge of $100.00 per hour. Cancellation charge 48 hours before rental $50.00, thereafter cost of rental. Summer program rentals negotiable for longer term.
Member Casual Rental Basement – $20.00 per hour, $100.00 day, maximum 8 hours, kitchen extra at 15.00 per hour. No cooking or meal preparation, use of stove, microwave, dishwasher and cooler included. Member Casual Rental Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall – $50.00 per hour, no use of organ or altar area, clean up by renters or additional charge of $100.00 per hour. Marriages – $300.00, includes printing of pamphlets, use of sanctuary and cleaning. Pastor services and organist not included. Organist charge $150.00, Sexton charge, free will donation, Pastor’s honorarium, free will donation.
Funerals – $150.00 includes printing of pamphlets and cleaning charge only, Pastor services and organist not included. Use of the basement/kitchen for refreshments after service negotiable. Organist charge $150.00
Parking Lot rental – $100.00 per month for individuals, group rates available. Casual day rate for parking $10.00
All charges subject to change without notice.
As confirmed by the Calgary Fire Department the occupancy load of our sanctuary (including fellowship hall) is 300. The south balcony is an additional 50.
